72 HOUR DEPLOYMENT PACK LIST
This deployment list gives only the basic gear you should deploy with in the event of a 72 hour call up. When placing this deployment pack togeather, weight will be a factor and you should understand that you may have to "walk in" to an area to operate. There will be other items you may wish to add to your personal pack, but again watch the weight factor. Dress for the weather in all situations and take special care in coosing tents and sleeping bags. Unit commanders will advise personnel on selection of packs, tents, and sleeping bags. Battalion level instruction will be given on preparing light weigh survival kits.
